A Biography of Very Rev. Dr. Raphael Akhijemen Idialu Very Rev. Dr. Raphael Akhijemen Idialu, a Methodist Church Nigeria minister who had his primary and secondary education in Iruekpen. For is ministerial training, he attended Immanuel college of Theology, Ibadan and finished in 1999. Thereafter, he proceeded to the University of Ibadan for his First Degree and finished in 2002. In 2008, he went to the University of Birmingham, UK for his Master of Arts in Applied Theological Studies, and finished in 2009. Dr. Idialu returned to Nigeria in 2009 and was posted to Methodist Theological Institute, Sagamu where he has been lecturing courses in Mission Studies, Theology and Biblical Studies. In 2010, Dr. Idialu enrolled for his PhD in University of Ibadan and finished in 2016. In 2017, he enrolled for a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies (Old Testament) in Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo and finished in 2018 with 11 Distinctions in the courses taken and six Bs. Dr Idialu has started another PhD in 2021 in Biblical studies (Old Testament) still in Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, and will hopefully finished in 2024, all things being equal. He has written and published some articles in both local and international journals. Very Rev. Dr. Raphael A. Idialu is married to Dr. Princess Omovrigho Idialu. Dr. Mrs Idialu is a lecturer in Wesley University Ondo, Nigeria. They are both passionate academics.
