ABSTRACT

English language is the official language of Nigerian university students, the study of the literature of the English people is of utmost paramount. By literary categorization, NonAfrican literature will cover the students desire in learning the literature of the non Africans. These non Africans cuts across the earliest beginings of English literature to the present. Our research have surveyed the prospects as well as the impending challenges as problems thriving and stagnating alike the study of non African literature in Nigerian universities.
