The research also found out that It is the observation of this study that, while peaceful societies ourish, conict-ridden societies remain poor and underdeveloped like Tivland. The need for moral retrospection or evaluation toward sustainable conict resolution becomes imperative. Since effective conict management usually leads to an improvement in the social relations and conditions of the parties involved, there is every need to resolve these conicts if the social conditions in Tivland must be improved for good. The research argued that ethical principles are capable of reinvigorating peaceful co-existence in Tivland despite decades of violent conicts. It recommended that the application of the principle of double effect and the just war doctrine are useful models in taming crises if applied adequately. the government should establish security outlets in the conict-prone areas of Tivland, and all parties in conict must be conscious of our common humanity to restore the dignity and sanctity of Human life. The research concludes that peace must reign in Tivland if the approaches to conict resolution are applied effectively.
